Terms of use
TxWorkshop is a developer tool for Cardano transactions. These terms cover the app and this website.
Effective 14 October 2026. TxWorkshop is made by Kingpin Apps, a trade name of Adderley Group Ltd., Cayman Islands ("we").
Your licence
- From the App Store: your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- From this site or built from source: the app and its source code are licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
If these terms and your licence disagree, your licence wins.
What the app does and does not do
- The app holds no funds and never moves funds on its own. It signs a transaction only when you add a key or connect a hardware wallet and confirm.
- Cardano transactions are final. Once a transaction is submitted to the network, neither we nor anyone else can reverse it. Check every transaction, including its outputs, fees and network, before you sign and submit it.
- You are responsible for your keys and recovery phrases. They stay on your devices, and we cannot see or recover them.
- Validation, fee and script results are a best effort to apply the ledger's rules. The network's own result is the one that counts.
- Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Other services
The app talks to services you choose, such as chain providers, block explorers and hardware wallets. They are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See the privacy policy for what the app sends to each.
Cardano is a trademark of its owner. TxWorkshop is an independent tool and is not made, endorsed or sponsored by the Cardano Foundation, Input Output Global or EMURGO.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including lost or misdirected funds, failed or unintended transactions, or lost keys. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be set aside.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
